Saw one Western yesterday (a crazy one at that) and then one film for my Hitchcock paper.

The Western was a comedy musical directed by Frank Tashlin (who also did WillSuccess Spoil Rock Hunter, one of the best comedies ever). This really shows how comedies should be done...it creates a comedic universe within and from the film. Awesome.

The Son of Paleface, 1952:

The other movie was another "Hitchcockian" movie. I actually kind of liked this one (as opposed to, say, Dead Again).
