Self Edge, SF/NY/LA/PDX - updates & info

Any recommendations for something in a similar fit to the 3sixteen SL100's? Maybe a tad roomier in the top block with the same lower leg? I wear a w33 in the 3sixteen. Thanks.

I would check out these jeans:

Iron Heart 634s (size 33)

Stevenson 767 (size 32)

Flat Head 3009 (size 33)

We normally get stuff first but it's near impossible to coordinate shipments to leave Japan at the same time.

Will there be anymore strike gold restocks within the next 3 weeks?

Yup. SELA just got a full restock less than a week ago, you can place a phone order there.

Or SESF/Online is getting a full restock of jeans/belts/sweaters/hoodies on March 20th.

The jewelry line is going very strong, in April we're releasing a second collection of copper and silver jewelry. The shirts we're not doing any more, we feel we can't do them as well as the brands we carry and there's no reason to carry something which i feel isn't on the same level as the other stuff we stock that's near the same price point.

Does the jewelry line include new rings? If so, are they the same price point as the current ones? I've been contemplating buying one but I guess, I'll just wait till April.

Only one new ring is coming out and it's about the same price as the current one, the new one is not a feather ring though.

kiya, I just recieved my pair of 666OD, but It unfortunately doesn't fit as I like

I would like to do an exchange, and plan on coming in to SESF sometime late march (college term ends march 25th)

but the store policy says that items must be returned within 10 days of purchase.

Can I just bring the 666OD in person later this month( tags are still on it, only tried it on)

for an exchange/store credit

or do I have to ship it back now

Please send the jean back to SESF now and include a note that states that you'd like to be issued in-store credit.

Kiya,

When you describe stf jeans such as Flat Head 3xxx as being 14.5 oz, is that in their raw or post-wash state?

All weight measurements for all fabrics are taken in their raw state.

Since it shrinks X%, is it safe to say that the weight increases close to that same X%?

Yes, it's nowhere near exact but it's close.

Stevenson Overall Co., Self Edge, HTC, 3sixteen, & More...

We've received a few new pieces from the Spring & Summer collection of Stevenson Overall Co. along with some new belts, glasses, and more.

American Optical Glasses

We've gotten our hands on a limited number of dead-stock American Optical glasses. These are one of the most unique and well built pair of glasses you can buy at this price. We start with a pair of dead-stock American Optical glasses, then they're dyed black in a black pigment dye bath. Once the dye has set they're sandblasted to give them a unique matte look.

Then they're washed to remove any debris and the old plastic lenses are discarded and replaced with dead-stock real glass lenses which are fully UV protective lenses. They come in a custom leather case made by Zip's Irregular brand in Los Angeles.

Once the stock of these dead-stock frames runs out they'll be gone for good. These can be found at all Self Edge stores now and in our online store under the Self Edge brand.

HTC Belts

We had Zip Stevenson from HTC make us a custom make-up of their famous studded belts, super rock n' roll. It's based on a hand-dyed black leather belt fully made in Los Angeles. These come in four sizes and are available now at all Self Edge stores and in our online store under the Self Edge brand.

Stevenson

From Stevenson we've received three new items from their Spring and Summer collection. There is a really awesome reversible Cadet Jacket with a great flipping zipper with minimal branding, a Double-Duty Workshirt made of a custom fabric that has a very cool feel to it, and a casual Imperial Jacket.

3sixteen

We just got the craziest restock of 3sixteen jeans, last restock for a while. These are the best jean you can get at this price. The fabric is impressive in both it's shade and feel, the inside is soft while the outside feels rigid and dark.

In other news... Iron Heart restock is hitting all stores on March 19th, SESF/Online is receiving a Strike Gold jean/hoodie/crewneck restock on March 19th, SELA just received a full Strike Gold Restock, Mister Freedom Spring/Summer collection just hit all stores (coming to the online store soon), new Sunny Sports shirts and socks are also in all stores, and the next Roy release of straight and narrow jeans will hit all stores on March 24th with a very special video preceding the release by a few days.

Worn probably 10-12 times, barely any fades. For those who've been around these forums for a long time, they remember how awesome these jeans were when they first came out.
Retail was $375 USD. Looking for $185 USD OBO.
Best way to contact me is Postnu@gmail.com
      Waist: 31.5"
      Inseam: 31.5"
      Thigh: 11"
      Hem: 7.5"

One of the most popular jeans we've carried since we opened was the first collaboration we did with Dry Bones and Superfuture two years ago. We've decided to expand on the theme of a forum based jean with a bigger project including Styleforum and a 22oz denim that Dry Bones have woven for this jean.

The SEXDBXSXS12 jean has been produced by Dry Bones, one of Japan's longest running vintage Americana style denim manufacturers. The jean is made up of a rope-dyed 22oz unsanforized selvedge denim consisting of a combination of Texas & San Joaquin Valley cotton fibers creating a rigid denim that's slightly hairy, but not slubby, because we requested that the denim not be singed and calendered. The indigo dyed yarn has a sulfur top to create a super dark indigo color that crocks fairly easily with normal wear. The jean has heavy-weight hickory striped pocket bags, military grade green rear pocket linings, coin pocket selvedge, cotton poly-core stitch, hidden rivets, and two leather patches. The Superfuture patch was designed by JimmyC of Superfuture and the Styleforum patch was designed by Brian SD, you can easily remove one of the two patches leaving the one you like better. The fit is a slim fit with with a bit of taper and a medium rise, graded to look great in all sizes.

Superfuture, a website dedicated to the finer points of shopping, traveling, garments, and more was launched in 1999 by Wayne Berkowitz. Hailing from Australia, the website took on a life of it's own within a few years, and five years in was already home to one of the largest databases of information about garments, and to be more specific, denim.
Superfuture offers the world a frequently updated set of traveling maps, a listing with reviews of over 1000 shops around the world which are "Superfuture Approved", a blog updated with cutting edge events around the world, and a forum called Supertalk which at times overshadows the other services Superfuture offers.

Styleforum was founded in 2002 in reaction to the poorly run, corporation-owned, men's style discussion forums of the day. Founder Jeremy Jackson and his partner Fok-Yan Leung, who started posting on the forum as a way to procrastinate from writing his doctoral thesis, see Styleforum as a dive bar populated by guys who also happen to really like clothes, often to the point of obsession. A few discussion rooms have been added to the forum since 2002, discussing anything from travel to food, but these are still guys who want to be wearing the best clothes no matter what they are doing.

This jean is limited to 250 pairs between our three stores, once sold out there will be no restocks.

IRON HEART 633s size 32 - imgur link photos taken by a window with natural light.

I've been wearing these for close to 2.5 months now. The waist has gotten a bit too big on me and I find that they fade too slowly. They're still more comfortable at 21oz. than most raw denim I've ever worn, though.

Whiskers are starting to break through, wallet fade is fairly clearly defined on the back left pocket, and while the comb wrinkles are fairly defined, there's almost no evo on the combs, knees, or thighs. These have so much life left in them that your wear will surely overshadow mine in the long run.

At 36" these are ready to be hemmed to your desires. I have not washed them since purchasing them.

      Measurements (the [iron Heart](http://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=2835.0) way):
      Waist: 17.5" across
      Front Rise: 10.5"
      Rear Rise: 15.5"
      Thigh: 12.5"
Knee (13" down from crotch seam): 8.75"
      Leg Opening/Hem: 7.6"
      Inseam: 36"

      Asking **$200 OBO**.

Thigh 13 (measured 2" below crotch seam)
      Front rise 10"
      Back rise 14"
      Inseam 35"
