We've got the new RJB version of that shirt.. it's very similar, i actually like it better than the FH version, but the RJB version only goes up to size 42.

Yup, you'd be a 40 in the RJB too.

We rarely put up RJB shirts on our site because we can't ever get more than 1 or 2 per size.

They're actually made of Jungle Cloth.. it's quite heavy in weight for being a khaki colored fabric.

Sizing will be from 28 to 38, true to size, 36" inseams.
