agree_ if you're collecting, stay with the classic cuts. even on the rise, i stick to mid-rises cuz that seem to be the comfiest [for me] & apt for my body type.

I'm gonna soak my s5000vx's but i don't want much/any shrinkage in the waist, but evry where else though. Whats some ways of going about doing this? BTW, I don't have access to a tub, don't own a bucket of any sort. I do have a shower and a toilet though, lol. Would they still shrink if I wore them in the shower?

Any shrinkage you get in the waist will stretch back out within a couple of days.
