Iron Heart Jeans

post soak. these are 31's & they lost about 0.75 in the waist, 0.5 in the thigh, 1.5 on inseam, & 0.35 in leg opening. i'll give these another hot soak to lose a tad more in the leg & tighten up the seat a bit more, but i think i sized right.

it's been years since i've had new pair of iron hearts, i'd forgotten how much hard work they were to start with! my thumbs are not happy at the moment.

I've got a question maybe you guys can help me with. I've had a Sugar Cane natural leather belt for about two years and it squeaks againsty jeans. I used to have Flat Heads, and just recently got some IHxAldenxSelfEdgexLeatherSoles, and it still squeaks on those too. It's like the back of the belt over time has gotten smoothed down from wear, and it's all the most worn parts that squeak. Thanks dudes.

It started squeaking pretty soon after I got it. It seems like the texture on the underside wears away and becomes really smooth in high friction areas, and those are the parts that squeak. I've been told to condition the underside, but I don't know of that would mess up the belt and/or the jeans.
