are those the opening ceremony desert boots? my local establishment just got those in last week, along with the high-top brogues that were just killing me. (cuz I can't afford them)

Don't know if I'd call them "desert boots." They're more or less glorified men's suede ankle-booties. No laces, straps or nuthin.

I tried to find pictures but it was a British "made for tv"movie and not that widely known. Although, oddly enough, really great style from the mid 80's.
