I think the fit is perfect, unless you want to go for a more relaxed loose fit look, you fill in the shirt perfectly.

1) Check the dry bones thread an you can find all this info AND pictures.

2) That cut is Triple Works brand. They're owned by the same parent

company but the brands are different. Triple Works is almost always lighter weight denim.
