66XX is better for you but then, XX on a smaller frame looks also great (better than on me )

i know mate but ive got a few 66 type cuts and i really want to try the xx but i just need a push ( but as we talked about im trying my best not to buy any new jeans for a while )

 

i allways thought the xx type was a great fit for you especially with your redwing engineers

Talking about Denime, The classic XX type should be the first choice.

 

Also 50's cut is not that baggy at all when you choose the right size.

No Hoggreaser,

I just took a few pics with the tablet and that's all , but you can't copy/paste them!!

Maybe I have to try it later on the home computer , maybe that'll work.

you will need a photobucket account ( or your choice of hosting site ) then upload to the host site , if your using a tablet you can download the app and its pretty straight forward from there

blue tab should be some kind of Denime for international market back in the days, right?

I know black tabs with gold writing were for sure an indicator for old Denime sold abroad.

You're correct bF, blue was used by Orizzonti on Denime which were sold on the international market.

I also have a jacket with a blue tab.

I've seen the black/gold tabs too, i believe they are older and perhaps the predecessor to the blue tab.

I don't have any direct information about that jacket. It's a Levi's Type I repro. I don't know if they used the 14,5 oz XX denim on those or if they used a lighter denim.

This is my 1st Denime item.

I collect denim from the late 90's.(lvc,lee originals,wrangler blue bell).

there's 2 variations for the jacket

blue tab = normal denim

red tab = XX denim

oh, and 1 more S506xx which does not have a pocket flap

if i remembered correctly...
