Would love a sample of this.

Where can i find more info on the denim, besides the list of samples here

Besides that, the shrink estimates ofcourse vary with the sort of denim, or is it roughly always the same denim?

If you ask, O Y & Co they will send you a sample of the denim, for free. If you give them your actual measurements they will advise you on the size to order, they know what the shrinkage is in each denim.

I plan to give mine another machine wash end of november (3 month mark); hope they shrink some more because they stretched out a lot

Yup, gave them a soak at just under a month. They were looking pretty flat after the soak but have still come along nicely. Thinking about a second trip through the machine soon-ish... maybe.

Good week all! To join in the conversation, my jeans are starting to stink a little, although physical activities have been kept to the minimum, but I will hold out a little longer until my first wash. And the stretch... I have to constantly hitch up my pants like an old man (at least, to me, people who hitch up their pants a lot seem to always be older gentlemen, here in Singapore)!

And I am loving the hairiness and slubs on the denim, and the hand-feel is amazing. I sometimes catch myself stroking my thighs and have to restrain myself, lest I be branded a pervert.

Once again, I am here to post pictures of food, and stuff. No jeans this time, although I was wearing them the whole time. Please forgive me!

At around 12 midnight, 1 am, on Saturday night, I went to Mustafa Center, one of the few (only?) 24 hour shopping center that sells a whole myriad of goods, from electronics to apparel to vitamins and supplements. I heard that good deals could be had for something I was looking for, but alas, they were out of stock!

So I went to stuff my disappointed face with these.

And a bowl of beef noodles

As you can imagine, I was quite stuffed when I was done.

And on Sunday, I had crocodile meat for the first time (no pics, but it tasted like venison to me, although most people said it tastes like chicken), and bought what I was searching for on Saturday.

Looks ridiculously big on my skinny wrists (the only part of my body that is skinny ) but I like it.

Wash and updates. The shrinkback wasn't too bad with handwashing. Post-wash pics on the right were taken in very overcast weather.

That's my wedding band. I never recommend wearing them while doing any kind of work. A long time ago I saw an electrician flay his finger right down the bone when his ring got caught on a part of the plastic moulding of his ladder.

These patches aren't very tough. I'm really surprised mine lasted the dryer during the inital shrink.
