Hasn’t TCB made it clear that they already have a model in mind for this? Doesn’t seem like it’s up to us to decide one way or another4 points

I mulled over this pair in my head for several years. I already talked about it 2 or 3 years ago with Naoki from PSA who had a quite big stock of them. The stock got smaller and smaller and although I might have found a pair on Yahoo, it was easier to buy from Naoki. Luckily he could secure a pair from the Orizzonti era for me. You will not find much information about this model although it had been produced in the Orizzonti and Shins era. It's a 101B Leepro from the late 40s if I am correct. Beautiful LHT. I think 14oz Details3 points

This one is from last week but I’m going to share anyway because I really like this rugby. It’s a vintage Rugged Wear rugby from the 80s or 90s with big Rubber buttons that reminds me of vintage climbing rugbies. Chinos are Buzz WW2 (complete 180 from the TCB pair I wore yesterday in terms of fit). Shoes are Rancourt ranger Mocs2 points

After a few solid months of seeing my young adult daughter put on a pair of perfectly loose high waist wide leg black denim I finally folded and got myself a pair. Just cheap H&M, but they are in a decent mid weight 100% cotton with zero stretch and zero fake distress but the real attraction is the cut. To my eye these resemble a very early mid century cut, full leg, high rise, good pocket placement. My son says they look like 50s trousers. Won't replace my regular silhouette but I can see these get a lot of wears. Famous Monsters x Ebbets field cap Killer Klowns tee Fancy buckle belt Turquoise pin H&M High loose denim Chippewa/ Laredo (I think the slimmer Laredo looks better)1 point

Haven’t posted in a bit on this thread. Rocking some Stevenson Overall salt and pepper trousers I picked up recently from the Community Sale thread. Amazing fabric, sewing, details, fit. Gonna be wearing these a lot on days I feel like wearing not-jeans! Freenote flannel / Flat Head jacket / Equus belt / Flat Head wallet / Stevenson Overall trousers / Wesco Mister Lou1 point

@Alec LeamasHere is the TCB Cat’s Drive. I have more detail shots and a write up that I will repost along with these fit shots in the TCB thread later today when I have time. Still trying to decide whether to keep or release. Sweater is a Shetland from Bosie in ugie pearl. Boots are the Byron’s from Rancourt in Black Essex leather1 point

@chicote’s mention of a 333 repro in the TCB contest thread reminded me to post this. Just screen grabs from Masaki Fujiki’s instagram stories a few weeks back, but he tends to post items (clues?) a couple of seasons before WH repro them, maybe from buying trips. I could be totally wrong and he might just like them and so shared them. Anyway, my fingers are crossed.1 point

picked up the J1WB-E and P47A-DS and figured i'd share my thoughts thus far J1WB-E definitely lives up to the hype. the W is no joke, it is very spacious--can easily accommodate any liner you'd want to use with it. i've been wearing it with my cp company flatt nylon primaloft jacket as a liner and it works perfectly for my needs. the epic nylon used is true black as it appears in the product shots, not bluish black like the material used for the J33-E, which i really like. the canted hem is a great touch, it's not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. with the spike tape attached, the jacket is very heavy. i imagine it could become cumbersome when using the sling for extended periods of time. the grav pockets are also pretty much useless due to the baggy/widened sleeves plus the non-stretch nature of epic nylon makes it difficult to load them up. not a huge issue for me as i never use grav pockets anyway. i went with my usual size of M and it definitely feels appropriately oversized. i think i could have sized down, but don't regret going TTS. definitely happy with this one and glad i jumped on it. look forward to more -E shells in the future. P47A-DS are probably my favorite Acronym pants that i've owned right out of the bag (over models like P38-E, P30A-E, P24A-S, P10A-S, P41-DS, P23Q-DS, P15-DS). the overall cut is super flattering for my short legs (i'm 5'10 with a ~100cm outseam), and they are effortless to style whether dressing them up or down. love the stealth cargo pockets that provide function while keeping the pants looking super clean. the double snap closure is a great alternative to your standard button closure. took me some time to come around on the aggressive crotch zip but i think it works better on these pants than on other more tech-y silhouettes like P38 and definitely looks better than the weird 2-way aquaguard zip on the P47-DS. i do think these would look even better with a normal fly but its not a big deal for me. range of motion is completely unrestricted despite the pants having way less paneling/visible articulation compared to most other Acronym trousers. went with size S which is my normal size and they fit like they were tailored for me. i had originally bought the new P10-DS and ended up returning them to pick these up instead, definitely happy with that decision. dont sleep on these.1 point
