This was my takeaway from the video too. the 42 and 47 are different blues but the 44/45 & 42 are close but possibly different. I have re-watched the 44-45 review again, and I think the fabric on the 42 is similar - dark blue black and rough textured, but different between the two. I have asked Seiichiro if he knows -
I was talking to Seiichiro about the 42 jacket and upcoming transition model jeans and he did mention the Popularity of Freewheelers nowadays… ’S601XX(denim pocket bag version). It's possible to change shape and nobody knows the details yet. After arrival, we'll know about it. I'll stock nonwash w32 and w33. If you want it, preorders will be better. FW's denim products are getting so popular and sold out is so quickly in these days.’ And about the possibility of a re-run of 42 Jackets… ‘It's possible but it's not sure when FW produce again’
