Ya mine are furry, I have seen a lot of pictures of 811's and the other cuts that share the same denim all being furry. I sit in class and just rub my legs... Chicks dig men that rub their legs constantly.

Mine were super fuzzy for the first month I wore them, but I just chalked it up to Japan's ridiculous summer humidity plus the fact that they were One-Wash.

On a side note, I'm out of town this weekend, but I'll take and post some photos of my 7-month old 883's sometime early next week, if not sooner.

hmm dunno when I plan on washing these bad boys, although I do seem to scrape all the dirt off my car with my jeans every time I get in or out. P.S. I love how a little settling made these jeans go from an ok fit to my holy grail of fits...

I got them the first week of June, wore them hard the first couple months before giving them their first wash. Since then, I've hot-washed them once every month or two with either SugarCane denim detergent or Dr. Bronners liquid soap, depending on how badly they need it. (Note: Because my work doesn't always allow for me to wear jeans, they don't have a full 8-month's worth of wear & tear yet. I'd say closer to 6.5 months wear on them.)

Sick 883's and 811's, how long have you been wearing them? It looks like your 811 have a lot more wear on them? Is this the case?(your 811's have siiick whiskers and your 883's have like none)

actually Chambo, that's one of the best fits i've seen of the 811. Whatever junk you have in your trunk, it's filling out that hip flare nicely.

Thinking about getting the 811 One-Wash jeans. How should they be sized and how much stretch can I expect? My other jeans have stretched out to a little over 34" and are comfy.

They stretched to a 34, but what did they start at?, my 28 go to a 30

Rampancy - I went true to my jeans size (32) and they've stretched out to a 34. They're comfortable and fit nicely now.

I was considering quite a few different brands, but I think I am going to pick up the Eternal 811's this weekend.

^you wont be disappointed. all other factors being equal, fabric makes up the greatest percentage of overall garment cost, and eternal's definitely got the beauty factor nailed down far as their actual denim fabric goes. couple that with a classic cut and a (relatively) low pricepoint when compared to what seems like most other respected japanese denim brands/jeans, the 811 is a staple to keep for sure
