well I'm not sure. I've only saw BiG stating that the 21oz is pre-soak and that they will end up heavier than that.

Samurai confirmed it on the 24oz denim, that that denim weight is pre-soak and end up being 27oz. Not sure what they write on their flasher. you could ask Samurai directly. Sandy surely would answer that

about 6 months ago I gained 15 lbs and tossed my too tight 710s in the closest in anger. I lost the 15 lbs recently and started wearing them again. I love them. They are about 10 months now and very close to a crotch tear.

very interesting.... which factory in the usa does samurai use for the USA made jeans? how about sugarcane?

as I have written some posts above, Samurai were NOT made in the USA

they just printed it for marketing reasons AFAIK, Same like Yamane told the story about using old Levi's looms for Evisu...
