Sup fellas, just got my hands on some Sammie s5000vx, but I'm not too sure about the size on this... its a LOT 10, 29x36

Thats my PRESOAK fit pic. I'm 5'4, 130 lbs for reference. What should I do? Keep or sell? These measure almost identical to my STF 501s, but the thighs are bigger and the rise is about an inch shorter.. I believe it is the 17oz denim. Do you guys think these will shrink enough to make it work on my scrawny self?

hi gaizzz i have the jin+ zero but i doubt if theyre lht.. thats the only nearest samurai lht i got but ive got a sammy lht denim jacket..

just be sure to hotwash in the machine and use dryer if you want to. the hotwash really helped when I was "soaking" mine.

so Hot wash, no spin zone and Hot dryer? or just a Hot tub soak and hang dry?

I never used the dryer with mine, but I did a hotwash without spin then hang dry.

If you do use the dryer I would recommend - hotwash > dryer > hot soak > hang dry. the hang dry should bring some rigidity back.

i say get em hemmed b and after that it will be legit...there is no reason to have such a long inseam if you are only 5'4 haha

oh for sure, they def need some hemming. I just cuffed them so people could get a better idea of the fit. I'm still debating whether to double soak/hot wash or to sell...

M'kay, these are my Sammy 710WXs, which have had about 7 or 8 months' wear now. Washed around 5 or 6 times, all after 4 months' wear, always at 40 degrees, always with Bronners. All pics taken in natural daylight (and probably a bit too dim). Colour's a bit richer in real life. I love these jeans.

the shrinkage is pretty significant. Mine shrank the full 2 inches from 36 to 34 with the first hot soak. When I hotwashed them they just tightened up in the thigh area and the inseam. I wish I had a photo of me wearing them when raw, but oh well.
