haha yeah and.....

just looks like a typo to me...im pretty sure you guys feel the same except chambo for some reason?

well, there shouldn´t be a typo on a patch imo. doesn´t it kinda show how much "effort" they put into releasing these jeans?

if it´s supposed to be sth special for celebrating an opeNing they should´ve done better. like this it just feels a bit crappy imo.

...and please don´t say that it makes them even more special.

It just amazes me that these companies worship "american" culture but don't have a single friggin person who can speak english fluently to check their spelling/grammar.

american = english?

I don't know if you know this, but the English language is part of the "American" culture that these Japanese companies are trying to replicate. Hence, the reason they even attempt to put english on their labels.

And no english does not equal American, but from the viewpoint of these Japanese companies it does.

There also shouldn't be typos in newspapers, published books/texts. And those are professionals, in publications that have some import. The last president should also have been able to speak clearly, with proper grammar in his native tongue.

This is a patch made in a tiny run, in a foreign language AND alphabet. let it slide.

While I could really care less about the typos (I kinda like them), but it is rather weird that these pop up all the time on Japanese clothing. Not just typos but flat out wrong sayings. And it does seem like this could just be alleviated by hiring one gringo or english speaking dude to double check stuff.
