nothing wrong with wearing socks with slipons and jeans IMO. I wear my slipons in the winter too. if you wear them with shorts it'll of course look dorky but if you have long pants/jeans and youre dressed rather heavily (jacket, sweater etc) and have skin showing from shoes it looks dumb too.

It's all about the ankle fades. You shouldn't wash them or they'll degrade nastily though, just give them a febreze every 2 weeks. Watch out for the cashmereX(n)n collab with reversible flannel inners.

get better quality socks man seriously though I have some that have faded a lot and some that are still very black.

I bought about 15 pairs of black socks when I was in the military, used them heavily for a year and I still have some of them, and this was like 3 years ago. I wish I knew what brand they were cause they might be bulletproof
