I tried to think of a better way to wear that trench, but I couldn't think of a solution. Maybe go down a size? But I still think the details (the belt, esp) on it makes it look really cheap, hence the 'bath robe look' Spaghetti commented....

I think something like a P-coat or a M-65 (I am quite a sucker for them) would look great with what you are wearing underneath that coat.
