This is a really broad question. My friend is looking into his first pair of raw jawnz and he was looking for a low rise slim fit. Any suggestions on brands and cuts?

Looking to pick up a vest... narrowed it down to three:

Filson Mackinaw wool in brown: http://www.filson.com/products/mackinaw-wool-vest.10055.html

Belstaff body warmer gilet in brown: http://www.jcrew.com/mens_category/outerwear/Belstaff/PRDOVR~29320/29320.jsp

Stronghold denim vest: http://www.orvis.com/store/product.aspx?pf_id=4K14

Any others I should be considering? Cant really get much over $250.

Thanks for all your help.

ok i know im a n00b here, im from hype but i feel i can get some better input on denim here

my true waist size is a 33/34. right now im in sz 32 APC PS. 6 weeks or so in. They have a pretty good fit, but it stretched a bit more then i was looking for. i would like a slightly slimmer fit. i like the slim/straight look - not skin tight. i feel a size 31 would have been better.

so im looking for a new pair - its about to be summer and its hot where i live so id like it to not be super heavy. im open to suggestions - but right now leaning towards nudie grim tim. i know they arent real good quality and whatnot but they are lightweight and cheap.

how do the grim tims fit compared to the PS? how much would i size down.

also - im open to suggestions for other brands - i realize sammys, imperials, flatheads etc are better quality and im not opposed to getting a pair but i did want somthing light weight but still selvedge. also i want the cut to be a slim/straight and closer to the slim side.

so please - give me your denim knowledge!

also looking for a nice leather belt. saw one a few pages back - but it was like 200$ and that seems a bit high for just a belt - even a good quality one.

I was looking to purchase my first pair from selfedge. Im looking for a skinny/slim cut and things i wanted to factor in were fit, quality, stretching over time and how long the dye last. Two pairs i was considering were The Self Edge x Imperial 14 Collaboration or the Iron Heart 666 cut. How do these two compare?

i got the st-100x and i got them a size too small. exchanging them and im wondering about other cuts that are a bit bigger in the legs. i guss im looking for a slim/straight as opposed to just a slim.

debating between:

3sixteen+ 21bsp

Imperial x SE SEXI14

SE x Flat Head x Ring Ring

any input?

My girlfriend has a big butt and a small waist. She sometimes wears my old N&F Weird Guys (that are now way too small for me) and there is too much room at the back of the waistline for her. She's forced to wear a belt and the fabric bunches up at the backside. I'd like to get her a raw jean sometime. Are there any designed for curvy women with room in the butt but are tight at the waist?Photo_5.jpg

Mister Freedom Chino Riders or Mister Freedom Midnight Riders?

Mister Freedom Chino Riders or the Mister Freedom Chinos (regular style with 2 tone khaki) ?

100000000000000% riders. i fucking love the midnight twill. it's amazing. the chinos don't fade or live, but if you want non fading pants, the rider chinos over regular ones.
