Leather patch usually means xx. However, I can tell better by the rivet and button details. What does it say under the "Made in Japan" on the label?

I think I see "orrizonti"...so one of the earliest Denime

They are pre-Shins Inc. Denime XX. Note the offset belt loop and the lot number on the leather tag.

Rumor has it that these were constructed by Kapital.

Yeah, definitely pre-Shins. And also based on the rivets and buttons, most likely XX. Its the second time I heard that Kapital made these jeans. I'm just waiting to hear from a third source to confirm it.

Orizzonti is the company that owned Denime before Shins Co. (the previous owner).

Denime is now owned by WEGA.

So, your Denime is from two generations ago

If you want new Orizzonti-era Denime, Pants Shop Avenue is your best bet!

i'm too lazy to browse the rest of this thread, but what exactly is the deal with denime changing management? are they also significantly changing their products? i'm just glad i was able to cop a 2009 production line pair of 66xx's from BiG before shit changes.

The owner sold Denime. I believe they switched mills and the quality took a hit. The owner is now making Resolute.

Could not find much about this model. Can anybody shed some light on this model compared to the 66xx in terms of quality and fit. The reason I ask is that take 5 has one pair left and wanted to know if it is worth 2580hkd. Wanted to get the 66xx but as all of u know it is a very hard model to find nowadays.

Quality is still solid. I stock some of the new Denime models and I am very happy with the quality. I have a few customers who are wearing the new version and waiting to see some fading. I have only stocked for a couple months, so it will probably be early spring before I get any reports from my customers.
