Injured knuckles from putting my hands in my pockets, after last nights wash. The "cloth of super excellence" is indeed hardcore painful when damp.

The fit came in a bit on the thighs, but I'm going to have to accept that this is a loose cut I think, which is fine as I prefer a looser cut. I like them, but still prefer my 710's, they'll be better in a month or two when the denim has softened fully, and they have fully settled.

That's just some fading. Roping can be found on the hem of your jeans.

Mega, while roping is typically used as term for the leg opening, I totally agree with you that roping could/should be a term used for the seam on the inner leg up by the crotch also. Mine definitely rope.

These are right after a double hot soak and air dry, so they are pretty stiff still (i.e. lower leg needs to settle more). I'm going to wait until February to start wearing these.
