Here is my experience: i tried sz 31 310's and could barely get them on, tried on a sz 32 pair of 310's and it looked like it was painted on my thigh pre-soak, and have a pair of 380's in sz 31 that are slim around the thigh, but not painful (were loose on thigh pre-soak)

thanks :-) i assumed this was the case! since the F380 is touted as a slightly fuller cut than the F310. but the measurements on self-edge say otherwise.

The seams and arcuates look as new on those pictures. How tough and thick are the arcuates on FHs?

Well considering he has the f310's, i'm not surprised. They are made with 50/50 cotton poly stitching, so they're supposed to keep everything held together for years of wear and to keep the arcuates looking fresh fo life.

The seams have held up alright, near the hem of the left leg, the stitching is coming apart , as well as the crotch, the hems, the yoke, and the hip near the coin pocket. The thread is definitely strong though.

And the arcuates are holding up well, they already started breaking in those pictures and they are fraying and coming off more as I wear them. I'll post them again once the 9 month mark comes up.

Okey so I got my F310's in today and I'm kind of on the rocks about the fit. Went true to size--> 33 and the fit in the waist I could loose an inch or so. The thighs are tight but not skin tight, I mean I can pull about half an inch outwards. I was sort of hoping it would be slim from the knee down as in the bulky calves but yeah..

In the pics the thighs might look skintight but as I said they are not, probably looks that way thanks to below the knee area.

Recommendations for the soak? Kind of a dillema seeing as I want the lower leg a bit slimmer but I also don't want to loose say 3 inches on the inseam. I'm about 5'11/6ft and I like how the inseam fits now. Don't know how selfedge gets the 37, it measures more like a 36

they look fine, the only thing you could do to "improve" the silhouette is to cuff or hem them and then they wont look quite as huge in the calf. otherwise, they look good.

I would do a warm or hot soak. They'll shrink some in the length which will, as 40ozprophet said, make the calves look less bulky and more slim. I'm sure they'll still look good and stack once or twice.

That is actually one of my main problems with these jeans. I really like them but they are so bulky from the knee down.

Yeah! I was on the line deciding between the collab and a regular pair of F310s. the dual patches and two different pocket stitchings were kind of over the top for me.

But i was like, "fuck it, this will probably be the last time I'm going to be in this store and HK for a while. Why not get something different?"

I have to say the design is growing on me and I'm really glad I got them.

hard. Pretty much daily, evenings during the week and all day on the weekends. Most of the wear is from just walking or sitting down though

basically, i wear 29 in nudies and I tried a 30 there, the guy at take5 told me to go with 31 instead because of the shrinkage but theres quite a bit of room in the waist, the ass area has a bit too much extra room (i can't sag without the hips flaring out) and overall I'm thinking I should've gone with the 30

think I should ride it out and see if the fit will improve as the denim softens or go ahead and sell these and try to grab 30s?

You got the wrong size.. you needed a 30.

General rule is you go up one size from your size in Nudies..
