i tend to not have such a significant amount of wear in that area and when i saw you had fades early on, i was impressed. now they are holes and well wow.

here are the latest repairs, very subtle colored thread with fresh denim behind it so as the holes get bigger the denim inside will begin to fade

Great updates on these (and the PBJ's) klue...why haven't you been donated some SDA's or 45rpms yet? I'd love to see that...Anyways enjoy the Nicaragua lifestyle...I'd like to see some pics from your adventures down there as well!

at the pace klue was assaulting his FC from the outset, i thought the reason for his being incommunicado was cuz his pair had disintegrated into smithereens. nice evo and welcome back!

nice updates from everyone, thought i'd contribute (as i haven't for a while). almost 9 months in these things with daily wear. i'm guessing around 4-5 washes? gonna include lots of pics with these to show just how pleased i am with them. the stitching on the right side of the yoke (correct?) came off. gonna see how long it holds.

i have some SDA sd-103's in the mail so i'm not sure how much wear these'll be getting after they arrive.

Lighting may be throwing the colors off, but these are still looking very decent. Good action shot too...

I feel like I've fallen way behind, I'll need to step it up after my leg in the Ooe tour if I want to still be a serious contender... You all wait. I'll be back with pics sometime soon...

I'll take real film over digital everyday of the week. What kind of medium format did she use? I have a Rollei 3.5 that I need to start using.

It's a YashicaMat 124 G, I think she's just using Kodak film, it's a tank of a camera (if you check the post I quoted, I got her to take some shots through the view finder of my jeans). Don't get me wrong, I love the convenience of digital but I agree, film has just such a romantic quality to it. That being said, I really need to get into it.

Ha,that same model is sitting on my cupboard collecting dust! I used to play around withit a lot but the quality of the inbuild lense didnt satisfy me.when taking analogue pictures I prefer my Nikon F2 or F3 SLRs,but for posting pics in this forum its all digital.

I agree, most everything for the Internet I'll use a canon digital elph camera but for things I take more seriously I'll use either my Canon A-1 or AE-1.

I've been taking pictures of motorcycles in Las Vegas recently and putting them on my blog, eyeofparys.blogspot.com. Shameful plug.
