Any info on pricing?

Oh trust me it's dark enough... It's darker than my skull 6x6 and flat head 3001... i was just trying to show the red tinge and caste in that pic so had strong natural lighting... (it took me ages to get colour tinge and caste of denim)

You are wrong,his old stuff were 225... the source of japanese indigo is much more expensive... I'm assuming it's gonna cost 245... the standard price for all japanese denim. However, think of them as around $220... bcos ande still has to cover the cost of postage

$245 is worth it though, from what dawei says these seem like theyr going to be pretty good quality. I've never seen denim with that red tint though, I've seen sugar cane rainbow denim but never red

so excited for the new denim, I need it soon my grifters are almost at the end of their life, I can't decide between grifters or slackers tho

i think next pair will be slackers, 2 pairs of grifters for me. 2nd pair is breaking in nicely, inbetween my mr freedoms.

Hey it looks like ande has added 30 inches as another inseam length

I plan on getting cougars as my next pair. My Grifters on 32 inseam give some good stacking

Think cougars (or wider jeans in general) look good with stacking or should I go for the 30 inch inseam with these?

As a general rule, I personally think stacking is reserved for skinny cuts. Stacking just looks messy with fuller cuts. That's just my preference though...

Yeah Id probably give the cougars a 30 and do a cuff.

Now does anyone know what cougars look like on a more slender build? Do they give off intense thigh flaring or are the legs more just a straight tube

Not sure I'd count myself as a terribly slender build... anyways, some fit pics of my new cougars. Size 32, stf, cone denim. One hot soak, one week of wear.

ya, i think they would. if you want a streamlined fit but one that doesn't kill you, you might think about getting grifters that are on the looser side.

Thats more of a fit I am wanting because I really want to buy more chunkier boots.

Apparantly those are grifters too, I guess grifters seem to fit differently on everyone because My grifters look a lot more skinnier than those and I sized up (size 28 probably could have gotten 27s) and have some slight thigh flare because I dont completely fill them out lol

If I get 27 grifters next time with a shorter inseam would I beable to wear chunkier boots? Would it look more straighter since there would be less stacker

the new details look great! but why is the waistband patch now linen? the thick leather patch from tanner goods was beautiful. doesn't this seem like a step back for ande? what do you guys think? and why did you make this move, ande?

I dig it...the old thick patch was a bit of an eye sore for me. Was too thick and too big. Even after wear it look like a giant pancake on the back of the jeans.

nice to see the new details emerging. lots of nice new touches, though i'm not one of those people who needs selvege hanging off of every seam on my jeans.

still trying to pin down the tone of the new denim. pics on the site look streaky, the pics a couple pages ago look kind of light.

was hoping for some dark dark indigo to contrast with my older sanforized grifters!

It's not described as streaky- but look at the picture of the entire jean on his site. It is also predicted to have "vertical" fading- streaky wouldn't be too far off.

I like that new waistband patch.... it gives the jeans more flexiblity and comfort! on top of that, the woven patch will out last a leather patch any day!

my edo ai's also have a woven patch...

I just want to mention his choice of rivets for this this new collection.... it's definitely more solid than the previous models...
