I've checke out the Filson ones but I don't like the back straps.

I'd go for the LVC ones. Really nice. There might even be some on sale.

I love the brown and red/white striped ones.

This are GAS germany. i like the back strap flexible n quite thick.

I'm not exactly sure since I never really track hours per project, but these were my main project for 2 days, they took longer than I thought they would, but that's largely because I've never made a pair in this style before, so all of the measurements and shapes had to be sussed out from scratch. I'm pretty happy with the result though.

the opposite of what this thread is for, but does anyone know how to get suspender buttons/rivets off remove? I have a pair of jeans that the buttons seem to be placed incorrectly and I want to move them.

Undecided. I like this design more than past versions, so it's getting close to the "right" suspenders, but these are still just such a monumental pain in the ass to make. So many little parts and little steps that I don't know how I'll keep the pricing reasonable.

I'm wearing a pair of the mass market 201s in that photo.
