Alright finally gonna take the leap and get some Samurai S5000VX21oz from 2nd. I just want to double check that the consensus on sizing these is 1 down from your true waist size correct?

Today i recieved a pair of s5000vx that i ordered from kaizoku-pirates, took 4 days from japan to sweden!

Decided to document my first pair of real japanese denim with some pics..

I bought these one-washed and sized down one size.

I received my pair of 21oz s5000vx from BIG today and I am still having trouble getting the top buttons buttoned. I've never done so poorly at ordering jeans before. My question is, does the 21oz Samurai denim stretch a significant amount? If it does I will be able to soak these from the waist down and be fine. Thanks for any help.

Champion - if you are having troubles buttoning them and haven´t soaked them yet I would change size. I heard that the 17oz stretch alot, but don´t know about the 21.
