it only cost $12 more than getting them from big. also, they were shipped from japan to california in only 7 days from placing my order. more pics later i guess

^haha I got that same mousepad buying FHs. The best part was that I'd just built a new comp and was about to go buy a mousepad. 2nd truly are the shit. Even the goddamn single-page receipt comes in its own company branded heavy-duty plastic sleeve!

update on the fit and wear of my samurai s5000vx from big.

I had them hemmed by blue in green a month ago. this is the most recent fit after a 3rd hot soak and one cold wash w/o detergent. I'm going to have to soak these monthly to compensate for the ridiculous stretching that everyone has come to know that is associated with the zero denim.

these fade really really fast.

Alright, I didn't actually send my jeans back. I hot soaked them and threw them in the dryer and after a bit of discomfort they started to fit better. You guys had my scared for a bit, but I'm glad I didn't actually listen Now they fit quite well. I'll post pics tomorrow when the sun comes out again.

Roughly five months. I've been rotating them with other jeans, which is why there isn't more wear. They've been through one initial wash-- tried to shrink them down. Pretty satisfied with how they're coming along though.
