You dont need shit to lose fat except willpower. Stop jogging so much - take a look at people in marathons, theyre all thin in a frail weak way, with a beer gut and no muscle tone. You burn a lot more fat doing short, intense sprints at full speed than you do jogging miles and miles. Look up HIIT and tabatha drills. Pushups are useless, but pullups are one of the best upper body workouts you can do. Also do a lot of vertical and horizontal jumps. Jump in place as high as you can over and over without rest. You will be utterly destroyed in a minute or two.

Intensity is more important than duration. Remember that.

Oh, and put down those twinkies and pizzas. 6packs are created in the kitchen, not the gym.

i don't know what's the big mystery about hollering at japgirls. i mean there are certain techniques depending on the type of girl you wanna talk too, but i'd recommend just talking. saying anything. even if they don't understand you, if you are white and decent in appearance i'd say you'd have a good chance.
