Managed to hold off on the posting for awhile. Would've gotten in a bit earlier but I figured I needed sleep more. Way.. way.. way behind on the photos now so here's one in bulk. Three days of good eating.

Post Dinner Desert, Silvanas (Traditional Spanish-Filipino pastry, a lot like a pocket sized Sans Rival if you know what that is).

4743602690_351640aed3_b.jpg

Midnight Snack. Slow cooked Hungarian (not really sure) Sausage, and fried bread (used cooking butter and fat). Feeling really terrible that night, and I figure the beer just made it all the more appropriate.

Next day Dinner. A Shabu-Shabu feast (a belly bursting one at that).

Rounding off with a meal I remember, this was dinner, a Sunday or two ago. Quiet Italian. Don't know the proper names so I'll be generic this time Pasta, Pizza.

"The after 6 diet," had all of these in just a span of a couple hours. Ended the last post with Pizza, starting this one not too far. Post-Meeting Snack, Grilled Chicken, Caramelized Onions, Mushrooms in Pizza form.

4742969183_0648f76256_b.jpg

And not too long after that was the Post-Meeting Dinner, Lechon Cebu (Anthony Bourdain talks about this a lot now) and Garlic Rice (drizzled with rendered chicken fat). Meal came with bottomless rice, ice tea and odd concentrations of MSG.

An hour or two past twelve and it was time for a Midnight Snack/Dinner Dinner (had an excuse, as I was also making these for my dad as breakfast). Filipino-style Cheese Steak Sandwich (the stewed beef covered in mozzarella, and caramelized onions).
