chilli con carne leftovers with fresh tomatoes and grilled cheddar

dinner: expensive as fuck but so good charal tartare (added the egg and sauce)

and a couple of those fromage plate: gouda with cumin and tome noire

Charal is the best, i miss it so much. Cumin cheese is also my favorite kind of cheese, i can't find it anywhere here

Made lunch for the family for father's day festivities.

Caprese salad with pan fried polenta base and garlic roasted tomatoes.

Baked salmon with dill and lemon and an arugula and watermelon salad with red onions, feta, and a red chile vinaigrette (dressing turned out really well, was pleased since I threw it together real quickly without a whole lot of thought).

Strawberry shortcakes with fresh baked shortbreads.

Unfortunately, it was all gone by the time I thought about snapping some pictures. So really this post is worthless It was good, though.

yea i make tacos probably 3-5 times a week. i just cant help it, whenever im thinking about what i want to eat, its usually tacos.
