Thanks, man. It's this seasons, it's tagged as being black but it's actually a army green-ish grey, it has a thermal lined hood and 3 cargo pocket thingys on the front and it's cotton.

for some reason carl i don't think that scarf works with the vneck. If you had a jacket on, it might work, but to have your shirt buttoned up so high and the vneck shows all those buttons and then the scarf, i don't think it works

I never had that problem, and I've had at least a dozen pair of docs. They were my bartending shoe for more than a decade. Must be your foot.

Dry-

The Dry Japan is great- color is very cool. Kinda like the Greycast in hue.

If I had it my way it would be heavier gauge and more rigid. Its stiffer than the plain Dry (what they use for Olas), but not as heavy as Greycast or Dry Selvage.

We shall see how it breaks in. These will be my work jeans for the winter.

I think this leather jacket looks a lot better on you - fit and colour - than the other one you were posting a little while ago. I think the really short jacket with the tight jeans looked like it was a bit TOO retro (dare I say ironic?). Not the intention, I'm sure, but you can never be too careful...
