can a tailor increase the shoulder width of a suit jacket by a 1/2 inch by taking out some of the shoulder padding? is it difficult or even worth trying?

I'm not freaking out at all - but the buyer is because I didnt provide him with a tracking # and I cant scan my receipt since I lost it . . .

I told him it would take 6-10 days, and probably more to clear customs, etc but he seems to think it should only take a few days.

depends on model but they're usually bigger. i have the german army and had the hitops and it was true to size.
