The contest denim is noticeably lighter in color than the regular 811 denim. Found that strange...

Side by side comparison lighter?? Or just the pictures?if its just the pictures I'm sure they're just different exposures. I thought the denim was the same? If it is different denim that's sweet too.

Side by side comparison in BIG lighter. Denim is the same, but the dye is different, not sure why.

indigo tends to get a darker /deeper color way once you soak. I assume the difference is between ow and raw version..

i find the longer you leave a pair of jeans in the closet, the darker they get.... when i first got my T5-002, they are pretty blue.. after half a year.. unless my eyes were deceiving me, they turned darker

not to beat a dead horse. The 811's being older than the sample contest pair might be some explanation, but I was comparing two raw jeans not a one wash...to think:confused:.

since ur new...Contest jeans will be made once preorder is closed.

They will be shipped out as soon as production is finished , everybody will post a picture on the first day of wear.

After that - you have 2 years to wear them. On 12/12/12 you post your evolution pics ...than Eternal will decide which pair is the best out of those ....
