hi,

i have question about what size and cut should i get.

i have a APC new standard tagged 26 and manage to wear till it become 30inch..

at first was hardly able to breath but still amazing it become 30 inch as i am able to wear it.

Now im interested in getting a pair of nudie. Still having a hard time deciding what i want. i dislike the low yoke on thin finn...

so now i looking at grim tim or slim jim.

went down to try, grim tim washed as they do not have dry, 28/32. waist was slightly tight and able to button up. get size 27 to expand. but on the jean is hugging my calf as i think i have some calf.

on the other hand, i tried dry stretch slim jim 28/32, waist also can be tighter at 27, but i find the leg opening and calf alittle big as i like the cutting of APC new standard with tapered leg opening and the calf is not as tight as grim tim.

so now im like stuck in between... what size should i get and what cutting? in need of all of you guys expertise!!!!

Average Joe Dry Dirt Organic

Got them in May of 09. Wore them dry. They didn't get much love. Went tts and the waist is too big now. Didn't measure.

got bored yesterday.

when I took them off the line and tried them on, they were fitting like I'd like them to, but I wore them too early, when they were damp, and they stretched back out again in a hurry.

gave them another soak today, they are still drying,

Wrong. I have a pair of slim jim dry black coated. Got caught in rain and the water took off a lot of the leathery sheen. If you like that sheen, dont get them wet.

That's the reason I don't like coated jeans. Look nice until get touch of water.

well, my regular ralf's have now passed their 2 year anniversary, and I'm happy with how they've transformed over the years. Lot's of repairs, some detail shots of those...nothing done to the pics at all...just point and shoot and upload.

Damn! Those look amazing. I didn't know Nudie jeans could last for 2 years, I've had my Slim Jim dry black coated for like 5 months and there are random loose threads...

Btw, do dry Nudies fit differently than prewashed ones? I have two pairs of Slim Jims and my dry one (dry black coated) is a lot tighter below the knee. I'm planning on buying another pair because nothing else seems to fit me right, but I'm worried that it won't fit properly. I like the prewashed (Cold Denim) fit better, but I want a pair of dry broken twill so I can get amazing fades like jdmcnary's.
