The Merz b.Schwanen  tend to have a strange crease in the chest area. This can also be seen on Carmy:

I think it's probably caused by the small shoulder measurements of the Merz tshirts.

We will see how the Whitesville will fit after wash

Edit: agreed with the prices of Merz. I think i bought all my tshirts on sale.

Good luck. The T-Shirts become nice and soft after washing. Avoid fast spin cycle and of course the tumble dryer but I‘m sure you already know 🙂

To me they‘re the best- fine quality, superb fit and a reasonable price. Even if I‘m tempted to try a wonder looper 😉

I’ve heard the Whitesville tees shrink a lot — a full size. Keep us posted.

…uh, and THE BEAR switched from Schwanen to Whitesville for a reason 😉

I imagine they would shrink even more if washed on hot and tumble dried.

I have a few in white and grey, I frequently wash them on hot and tumble dry; they've shrunk up two sizes in the body length, but the width has remained relatively stable.

I have some in XL. I probably could have gotten away with a large, but I'm tall and have a toddler so I need to be able to wash and dry without too much thought. They have shrunk a bit and the hem hits about halfway down my fly if even a little higher
