10.1 MP seems a bit much, unless of course you plan on making large prints.

10 mp doesn't necessarily mean anything, the megapixels dont make the camera. I'm sure thats a good point and shoot cam but I've read very bad reviews about it too.

I love the way it looks, the way it operates, and the full manual controls. The noise in higher ISOs and stuff can be fixed through the accompanying software.

10mp is overkill, im not denying it or trying to boast about it. Its not DSLR quality, and its probably not the very best out there now, but it is one hell of a conversation starter if nothing else, hehe.

hehe wasn't trying to bash on the cam, its just that sometimes people get fooled by these numbers when in fact they dont guarantee that much I'm sure its more than a decent cam though

By that I meant a 10.1 mp camera really only tells you that you can make larger prints than a 3.1 mp camera. It's not indicative of camera quality.

I'm always tempted to pick this up, as Redmoons have always looked a little thick, but they're so pricey I'd be afraid of fucking up the leather. Which I know is the point in a way (assuming that's untanned saddle leather or whatever "wears" really nicely), but everytime I got dirt or anything on it I'd flip out.
