I knew I was moving to manhattan months and months ago and I literally started stockpiling shit like there was no tomorrow, (some of my last purchases were a pair of buttero boots and the jil sander suit I recently posted). But now that I am here I feel that I can dress my best for no good reason and it's all well justified. I did find that I lacked some basics so I got some cheap APC's and a few uniqlo tees, however knowing that you can break out the dh, ann dem (or CCP for you) when it's time to impress makes it all worthwhile.
