there is an international magazine out of mexico known as Tema Celeste which covers the global contemporary arts scene, which is usually widely available world-wide.

Celeste is a sister publication out of Mexico that covers fashion, arts, culture, design, etc, it is probably Mexico's premier glossy fashion/art magazine. This recent issue, for instance, is dedicated to architecture. It is designed for a slightly younger crowd than Tema Celeste, which is very much on par with publications such as Artforum.

Babybabybaby is yet another sister publication which is geared for an even younger, more edgy 'indie' crowd, which focuses primarily on fashion, culture, and music. It has featured work by Terry Richardson in the past, along with other recognizable names.

They're both in Spanish.
