fit looks spot on. the thing is also that lee denim is softer anyhow , so i think you will not have problems with wearing a belt in the long run and get udes to it. nice too see some 55s. looks good without a cuff too. its just a matter of tast

I accidentally purchased a pair of jeans on eBay the other day (again!), and as if by magic ended up with these 1948 (?) 101Zs, or 101-YZ as the label says. What's that all about?

Frustratingly, these are actually true to size and are therefore, as a 28, incapable of even covering my thighs properly...

Err, the inseam or the thigh? There's a thigh measurement in the thread, and though I'm not at home right now, I'm fairly sure the inseam is about 34 inches, I'd guess. Fairly standard length as far as Japanese denim goes.

I figured, just curious. Thighs never been a problem for me, Just length.

I'd like to have the 55's but I want the early cowboy ones to be my first Lees...
