okay, i fess up. i should've measured these right after the soak. but it's better now than never, right? with help from gordon, who provided the raw measurements and post wash estimates, let's do a comparison:

note that my measurements are after about one week of steady wear. i must've stretched the denim back up, especially in the waist area. but if someone does another hot soak, there might be some shrinkage still left on these puppies.

The denim looks really nice and fuzzy in these shots....

they are really nice. still very hairy. it gets a little bit on the hot side when it's humid, but the denim is solid. very solid. no plans to barbecue myself over the weekend yet, btw. planning to lay a little low this weekend.

Chicken, for the life of me I can't figure out why ice cream men suck at life. I've met several now who are ill mannered, short tempered, and have horrendous service. Of all jobs for those people to have, I feel like ice cream man is the stupidest. I remember running after Mr. Softee trucks as a kid and have them speed away from me. WTF!!
