i fainted yesterday in the store while shopping with my sister. i felt kind of warm and i had a headache. started to feel exremely nauseous and like i was about to vomit. told my sister that i thought i may need to go out for some air and then my vision started to get black on the edges and it was like i was looking far out and my hands were numb.

blacked out and and then thought "why are my arms touching the ground?" because i felt i was sitting and when i could see, i was on the ground and some lady was fanning me and some strangers were standing around. my sister said i started to wobble and she and the other lady caught me. was only out for like 20 seconds. idk why i fainted. never fainted before, and had just eaten before we left. i guess the heat coupled with nausea id been having since the night before and maybe that too with my cold. i was sick the rest of the day, and no appetite today. never want that to happen again
