I'm honestly not sure - some of FH's denim shirts are one wash, while others can shrink up to 0.5" all around. Your best bet is rinsing them off in a tub of cold water with some mild soap or Dr. Bronners and letting them air dry. You should see very minimal to no shrinkage that way.
