    Rogue Territory Jeans

What qualifies as normal? I'm 5'11", 175 lbs and their stantons/officer trousers fit me great. I had more issues fitting into the Three Sixteen SL jeans than RGT's pants. Plus I like that they're doing something new, but to each their own. My regular daily wear denims are Iron Hearts so I don't go to them for everything.

Their officer trousers and supply jacket are my two favorite items they produce. Possibly because they are the most unique in execution whereas their other items (I have a pair of stantons), while good, are simply another choice in the market.

Shoes that look better with age...

WWII Impressions makes a good pair - resoleable, well-crafted. NOT like the degree Lofgren's are. Army roughouts: https://www.wwiiimpressions.com/collections/footwear-army/products/697 Marine roughouts: https://www.wwiiimpressions.com/collections/usmc-footwear/products/694 The Marine model has a narrower, to my eye, more modern toebox. I've owned a pair of WWII Impressions footwear - the Army Service Boot (non-roughout) and found them to be heavy duty and durable.

So, what are you saying, @Pedro? You just agreed with Flash, who basically articulated the opposite of what I understood to be your point - he said we aren't expecting "stitch for stitch", but you earlier said we should. What would make you happy from LVC that you aren't getting?

    Self Edge, SF/NY/LA/PDX - updates & info

I think that jacket isn't any of those things - it is a new spin but lands squarely in the traditional column as it goes to fits. The only non-traditional detail is the lack of chest pockets, which cleans up the lines of the jacket but otherwise, it's hardly trendy. The hoodie is definitely the most "out there" piece but every other article isn't too far afield from what other Japanese companies are doing. But to your point - if you like traditional aesthetics, there are other, cheaper options. Still, I'm feeling this collection more than I thought I would for sure.
