I don't. At all.

The original was an equal and well balanced image of all the contributing parties.

The update gives the impression that the signet store have come across a dodgy batch of full count jeans and tried to hide the fact by putting a wacking great ink stamp of their shop over the patch.

Not best pleased with this.

Ps MF & IH - with an eagle on top of those hammers....?!

Probably it was easier to use the standard patch and simply stamp on that existing patch.

Supposed to be a 'special run' that has already gone WAY over schedule and is more expensive than the standard run (yes, I am well aware special cotton mix etc, but still) That's why I'm not overly impressed with cutting corners and short cuts.

Oh. Didn't notice that... Dammit. This cannot now be unseen.

I'm going to go with Hindu lucky charm symbol.

Apart from not being the sort of thing for a normal well adjusted person to advertise, you really don't want to be representing swastikas in the Brixton/Peckham/Croydon areas of my friends and family.

Edit: although I suppose if some dude is trying to pull up the belt on my jeans (for whatever reason) a row is going to happen anyway.

The lack of updates makes one wonder if this statement has any merit.  At this time, without ANY updates or denim porn other than a vague message about shipping updates which turned out to be completely false.

hopefuly these will be ready in a couple of weeks. im frustrated too but making just a couple of pair of each model to fit the 75 pairs

Well, I love the imbalanced blast over stamp. It reminds of a relatively new trend in tattooing where you tattoo over an existing tattoo without intending to completely cover it. It achieves the effect of a multi-layered sticker job, etc. Thom Devita was putting tattoos on like that with a fine artist's mentality in the '60s.

 

Anyway, the swastika thing, well, the image has strength and has appeared across many cultures over centuries. I'm not worried about it. Also, it is lacking the necessary fourth cutaway to actually be the symbol we're discussing. It is not a swastika, gammadion, nor a Native American symbol found across numerous tribes. It's the head of a key.
