It says on the product page “Price including VAT and excluding shipping costs.”

When the product is in your cart it says “Total excluding taxes and shipping.”

I assume it's to allow whatever collar of the piece you're wearing underneath to poke through, but agreed, looks tragic & the price is laughable.
