Love these. Not sure if it's just the lighting (or my screen,) but haloing is a bit distracting in the second photo. Love the composition though. Just curious what you're shooting with now and maybe a link to your work? If I remember correctly, you shot a lot of portrait work? Would love to see some other stuff!

Thanks! I thought there was haloing but I think it's from my light I used. I am shooting with a 5Dii, 24-70, pentax 67 w/ 165 2.8. I'm trying to get better with film right now, so I've been kinda ignoring digital lol. My website is: jacobskoglund.com. I also haven't really felt inspired to post because I don't feel like my work is up to par right now. I wont be in NY this summer, so prolly no shoots until fall/end of august.

I've pretty recently started to take photography seriously, I'm mainly looking for some critique.

based on just the three images, compositions are good, namely the first one, like the colours on it too. I'd try to stay away from taking pictures of cats, diversify your subjects a bit, try and capture some more interesting angles as well.

@rirakuma- the minimalistic landscapes on you flickr are killer. Really love the b/w one with the clouds in the distance.

Using a Zenitar 16mm 2.8 Fisheye. Its a pretty solid lens for the price.
