Leica X2 vs GXR M + Voigtlander 50 1.5.

Looking on the X2 (and accessories) but for just a little more I can get the GXR, A12 50mm for Macro, M-Mount and new Voigtlander 50mm 1.5 ASPH (black version). 75mm might be too long for general and about town impromptu photography. Any thoughts?

I also find 75 too specialised for general shooting. The X2 is nice but I think the A12 will be a more versatile choice for the future. I would pair it up with a 21 biogon and add a cheap 75CV or 90 lanthar for something different. If you decide to upgrade the body these lenses are worthy keepers.

Big fan of these two, especially the latter. Love the fade in the hair to the blonde in contrast with the teal and pink. Good stuff.

Doing a thesis-ish work in school and it could be about almost anything, so I built a pinhole-camera :)

Construction

Some of the results

(40 min exposure time at about 10 pm)

(3 sec exposure time, ~midday)

(1 sec exposure time, ~midday)

All in all, it was a pretty fun project though the pictures could have been better

You mean while in the camera?
Used normal see-through tape to attach the two rolls of film to eachother, had a hole on the left bottom and top right for the top of the rolls, and then used one of the "sticks" in the top photo to drag the roll from the full canister into the empty one, while putting the other stick in the "full" roll to see how much film I had moved

(one pic is about one full turn, so the process for taking pics was: open shutter, close shutter, spin the left (empty roll) one full turn, repeat)

Tutorial:

(here they instead opened the empty roll and "reversed" the direction of how it spins into the roll, but since I didn't manage to open my empty roll I turned it upside down instead and made the hole for turning the film on the bottom instead of the top)

^this was hopefully understandable, but if you have any other questions feel free to ask  :)

Had all my equipment and film out because I am moving out of my apartment so I figured I'd post a "whats in your bag" picture. Two SLRS (Nikon FE2 and Canon AE1), two point and shoots (Olmypus Stylus Epic and Yashica T3), a medium format (Fuji GA645zi), and an instant camera (Fuji Neo 90).
