the 70-300, in my opinion is crap. It's a slow lens. If you want a REALLY good, fast zoom, get the new 70-200 f/2.78G VR. Let's put it this way, you get what you pay for...and let me guess, you're not paying much for that 70-300?

Developed my first roll of film in months a bit earlier, Tri-X 400 in Rodinal. Have an epson v500 coming in tomorrow, so will post scans. A friend dumped all the B&W processing chemicals I needed, so why not.

and i just remembered how much i love film.
