the stiching on my Samurai is terrible. come away at the bottom and coming away around the pockets.

none came with mine .. but its okay though .. i think it adds character to the jeans

The only jeans I have that came with a repair kit are the ALDs. I think I had it for two days before I lost it.

Dunno what new pockets look like, but I got a msg from Toshiko-san at Samurai saying that the new production S5000BKs will be in this week and will be shipping by end of the week. That's for those who wanna buy directly from Samurai.

I'm given to believe they haven't done anything different in design, but Toshiko wasn't exactly clear on this.

I've been wearing my S5000BKs for a little over a month now and I love them.

I want to purchase an Indigo pair of Samurais, but that will totally be a wallet burner.

i emailed toshiko and asked here if there is by any chance theys till have a sammier contest jeans hehehe and she told me that " sure you mean s500xx?" the sammie contest jeans are the same as the s0500xx ?
