3sixteen Jeans

Hey guys,

just recently got a pair of st-200x sz 32. They're super tight even though I own a pair of sz32 apc ps and a pair of sz31 sugarcane sc2009. I can't button past the second hole... I'm hoping they stretch a bit. I think the reason is because the buttons are so far away from the holes compared to my other jeans so I can't even try to squeeze the buttons in.

Anyways, if anyone is willing to trade or even buy PM me. I had them hemmed down to 34.

your top block looks exceptionally tight... poor buttons.

not to bring up a discussion from earlier, but I feel like this is another example of someone who downsized too much and whose buttons are suffering for it. Don't get my wrong: the rest of your fit looks great, but if you experience a broken button like rimting and fungee, I wouldn't be surprised.

That said, great fades.

Agreed, I'm really surprised I haven't lost a button. If i ordered again I'd go with the 29 instead of the 28, but they have become really comfortable, so I don't really mind.

Yeah again, don't get me wrong: it is still a great fit, and if they are still comfortable, more power to you. That is how my APCs ended up fitting after they had been washed a few times until I was able to phase them out of my rotation. I just thought the sizing was relevant to the discussion about buttons some people had had earlier

Again, they look great though! Do they really look that grey indoors, like they do in the picture, or is the lighting just strange

I was talking about both sides of the coin really. Here we are assuming that all these people with button problems are a size 34 trying to squeeze into a 28 (or something along those lines, whatever). We don't really know how these people are sizing.

Well, from rimting's crotch shot, it's obvious his jeans with the broken button are two to three sizes too small. When sized properly (TTS to two inches over your actual waist measurement when it comes to shrink to fit jeans) any brand on sufu can handle dedicated wear. You drop down two or three inches below your actual waist, it's only a matter of time before something breaks, I don't care what the brand or hype is.

Never understood the whole super skinny jeans things. It's not a flattering look guys (never met a grown woman who likes that look), no matter what ya tell each other online. Avoiding extremes in appearance is always best.

I really wanna pick up some shadows, they look amazing. Confused about measurements though. Selfedge and Blue Owl are pretty different, anyone know where I can get the most accurate measurements for ST-120x in 28 and 29.

Ideally I need 10.75" thigh with a 29-30 waist, smaller leg opening the better. My current pair is skin tight on my thighs and they measure 10.5". Looks a bit like Zach's fit up there but I don't want that tight.

Get a size 29, the 28 will be far too tight for you.

its all about the contours and proportions.

if you have a nicely shaped lower half and theyre proportionate to your upper body then itll look good. if you look like a walking stick or a sausage link then its gonna look bad.

clothes are to accentuate your body not hide it

Thanks guys. I really like this fit, slim but not tight at all. How to size shadow, will 29 be good? I'm just concerned the higher rise would throw things off for me maybe? Also I dunno if I can do these because of the waist. How much does it tend to stretch? Even with a belt if it goes past 30.5 ill be in trouble.

6'2", these are a 33 waist (same as I wear in APC, Nudie, Levis, etc.) Unfortunately I am not wearing these anymore as the pocketbags are ripping again and I think they will blow out like before. Shame because I love the denim and fit.

I have the new canvas pocketbag too. Still ripped, just in a different spot from my old ones. It tears where the belt loop is sewn into the pocket bag (to the right of the rivet on the left pocket). Hole just keeps getting bigger and it sucks because I have like two weeks of wear in them, and I loved the fit.

hey guys, this is my first post on sufu. before i bought my jeans, i desperately searched for the fading process for the shadow selvedge series but failed miserably. then i searched through sufu after i bought mine and found a couple of pics. courtesy of Zack V & Huy. (Great fades) and I can't wait to see how my turn out.

Here are my 1 month progression pictures. I'm wearing sz. 29 or 28. The tag said sz. 28 but inside on the pocket it said sz. 29? I'm not entirely sure. I'm a pretty skinny guy so the leg opening/knee is slightly baggy and the thigh feels perfect for me. a 6.5 leg opening fits snug on me and these are 7. I'm 5'6, Inseam 33 double cuffed to 30 (I'd like opinions on the cuff size too , thanks guys!)

Hey all, I just wanted to share some fit pics of my new 3sixteen SL-100x.

This is my first straight leg jeans and I must say I am very satisfied with my purchase.

My true waist size is 32", so I followed the measurements on self-edge and got them in size 31.

The inseam was also shortened to 34".

Feel free to ask me any questions if you'd like some buyer perspectives on the jeans.

Not trying to bark at this too much, but what if you are not into grown women or women at all... I guess what I am trying to say is different strokes. But I agree if you size down to the point of genital mutilation don't piss an moan about broken seams and hard-wear..

Hadn't worn these in six months. Wore them yesterday for the first time since the machine wash.
