Anyway, I want cheese today.

When I was younger I hated Parmesan cheese, I always thought it was that gross stuff that came in a green can and my sister greedily sprinkled it on everything.

I have since seen the light. With some gnocchi bolognese, this is perfect.

I Iike blue cheeses too... gorgonzola, rathgore, roquefort, cambozola, all that.

Quattro formaggi done right is probably best pizza in the world to me.

Here they eat it with honey--good shit.
